Russian state TV says that North Korea has offered 100,000 volunteers to help in the war against Ukraine.

The New York Post reported that the host of a Russian talk show said that 100,000 North Korean volunteers were prepared to take part in the conflict.

Russia's military force is low after it failed in its attempt to take key parts ofUkraine.

There are differing estimates of the number of Russian soldiers killed. Russia lost about 100 soldiers a day during the five-month war.

According to reports, Russia has invited North Korean builders to fix Russian-occupied Donbas.

There is a military parade.

Alexander Matsegora, the Russian ambassador to North Korea, said in an interview in July that Korean builders who are highly qualified and ready to work in the most difficult conditions will be a very serious part of rebuilding the destroyed infrastructure in Donbas.

North Korean builders are "resident and undemanding" and are "motivated."

After Russia invaded Ukraine, North Korea became one of the only countries in the world to recognize the Luhansk People's Republic as an independent state.

According to the interview, North Korea doesn't get anything for cooperating with Russia.

One of the few countries that can afford an independent foreign policy is North Korean. The ambassador said that no one can force North Koreans to do something or not to do something.

In the new reality in which we exist, in which the Democratic People's Republic of Korea exists, and in which the republics of Donbass will exist, we need to get used to living in all sorts of restrictions.
