The divorce ofKanye West and KimKardashian is still going on. He has lost his fifth divorce lawyer. Kim andKanye had a trial-setting conference in L.A. The divorce attorney for Ye asked the judge to relieve her of her duties because of her broken relationship with her client. She had a date set next week to officially withdraw, but the judge granted her request Friday so she's out. The judge made it clear that the case was going to trial in December if the case wasn't settled by then. When the case comes before the judge in December, Kim will get what she wants. The story was broken by the gossip website. Kim got a divorce decree back in March, but there are still a couple of issues to fully resolve, and that's what the judge is dealing with now. It's been a roller coaster for Kim and her husband, but sources connected to them say they are getting along. Kim posted a series of pics of herself, Chicago and North all posing in Yeezy sunglasses with the caption, "YR 3022 YEEZY SHDZ."
