In July, the U.S. won their ninth W Championship title, keeping them in first place.
Germany leapfrogged Sweden into second place as a result of the Euros win, while England moved up four places to eighth.
In October, England and the U.S. will play each other at Wembley.
South Africa, who won the Africa Cup of Nations, moved up to 54th, while Zambia, who made it to the semifinals, rose 23 places to 80th.
The winners of the Femenina stayed in ninth place.
Australia and New Zealand were both in the top 22.
