According to the operator, the hires are in response to increased demand and will strengthen its position as the leading UK trade sales team.

Prior to joining as key account manager for the south, she was head of trade sales at Titan Travel.

Uniworld has over 200 fam trip places this year.

The Uniworld has an officer that handles sustainable issues.

She worked at Hidden Croatia, Holiday Options and Kuoni in her 30 years in the travel industry.

Lucy Hone came out of retirement to work for Uniworld. Hone worked for the operator before he retired.

Margaret is Uniworld's first dedicated sales representative based in Scotland.

In response to an increase in luxury business from those markets, the operator hired McCorriston, who will be responsible for bolstering the key accounts.

The continuity of service, brand knowledge, experience and strength of relationships that Uniworld's trade partners really value has been aided by the retention of the sales team.

The new appointments are not replacing lost head count, they are building on the strong foundations we already have in place and will enable us to grow our business and that of our partners.
