The best season of Rodgers' career has been attributed to the use of ayahuasca.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback said in a recent interview that ayahuasca helped him see how to love himself.

I can't be able to love others if I'm only able to love myself. He said that having an experience like that would be a great way to improve his mental health.

Rodgers said that the experience made him have the best season of his career.

He said that the greatest gift he could give his teammates was to be able to show up. It's important for me to play well and show up. They're not interested in what you say until they know how much you care.

Rodgers has spoken out about other alternatives.

In February, he talked about trying a 12-day cleanse that included butter, laxatives, and abstaining from sugar, sex, and alcohol.

According to Rodgers, it gave him a sense of gratitude and helped relieve stress, but dietitians don't necessarily recommend it.

There is mounting research that shows the potential for treatment of mental health diagnoses. If you don't get the help of an experienced shaman or doctor, ayahuasca can be dangerous and miserable.

It is limited by the context in which it is consumed.

She said that ayahuasca is just a part of the larger healing system. It isn't a panacea. It isn't the only thing that will fix everything.
