According to Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic, Sean McDermott said the running back has "opened some eyes" and that he will be looked at in the years to come. Cook, the younger brother of Dalvin, was selected by Buffalo in the second round.

There are reasons to take a flier on the younger Cook in the middle to late rounds.

The Bills probably wouldn't have drafted him as high as they did if they didn't use him as a rookies. The team is on the list of realistic Super Bowl contender and will likely win plenty of games, which could lead to a reliance on the rushing attack and plenty of red zone opportunities.

Cook ran for 728 yards and seven touchdown while adding 284 yards and four scores through the air in his last collegiate season with Georgia In the College Football Playoff win over Michigan, he had 112 receiving yards and a touchdown catch and ran for 77 yards on six carries.

There is a clear fantasy ceiling on Cook in regards to his first season, despite the potential and production for the champion Dogs.

In the last four games of the regular season, Singletary scored six times and was a fantasy football force. He is in the middle of his prime at 24 years old, and he found the end zone in the playoffs.

Moss carried it 112 times as a freshman and 96 times as a sophomore.

Moss averaged just 3.6 yards per carry last season, so it wouldn't be a surprise if Cook replaced him on the depth chart. He will be more of a fantasy weapon in his first season, but the presence of Singletary means he will still be a secondary option.
