At least one audio company is trying to help you get the most sound for your money. 60 hours of wireless playtime, a super lightweight design, and excellent Frequency response are all included in the price of the M20xBT.

They sound great, have a classic look, and cost the same as a dozen lattes in a metropolitan area. If you want to meditate the pain of the modern economy away on Headspace, or if you want to listen to an audio distraction of your choice, you need to drink those lattes.

It was simple and satisfying.

Audio-Technica knows how to make good over- ears. The company's more expensive products are a staple of studios and stages around the world. The new M20xBT fit in well with the company's design language. They are easy to use.

The Audio-Technica logo is printed across the top of the padding on the flat plastic ear cups. Controls for adjusting volume and playing or pausing music can be found on the bottom of the ear cup.

It feels like they might break easily, which makes them a bit frightening to travel with. I was either leaving the M20xBT on my head and pulling one ear cup off to talk to someone or hanging them around my neck. You should get a stand for your headphones when you aren't using them. I would recommend a cheap hard case for peace of mind if you plan on traveling with them a lot.

The lightweight design makes them very comfortable on my head. It's rare for headphones in any price range to disappear into a person's skull.

You will get more than an entire week of listening in before you need to plug them in. They have a mic for phone calls. The included 3.5-mm cable allows you to listen to them via a cord without the need for a power source. The earmuff-style design of the headphones offer decent passive sound isolation on their own.

Sounded off.

Audio-Technica's engineers poured most of their resources into how these headphones actually sound That worked out well. They do a great job for a pair of earbuds.
