A mess-up from Alex Jones's attorneys allowed Kelly Jones to get access to a lot of phone records.

Kelly Jones told Insider that she wants to subpoena phone records in her child custody battle with Alex Jones, and that she believes that they can vindicate her claims.

"I know the texts and information on his phone will be evidence of all the conspiratorial things said between him and his employees in their plan to keep my kids from me," Jones said. It's not about my kids at all. It's controlling me.

Kelly Jones wants to use the evidence to get rid of the litigation against her.

The documents relating to the litigation between Alex Jones and his ex- wife are currently being kept out of the public eye. An attorney for Alex Jones didn't immediately reply to Insider's request for comment.

Kelly Jones told Insider that after she filed for divorce, their custody battle for their three children was initially settled, but she claimed that he did not respect parental rights. According to her, the phone data could prove that Alex Jones forced their children to lie about her in court and that he said horrible things to their children.

Kelly Jones told Insider that she did not have a choice. My children are my children. I'm a mom. I would do whatever is necessary.

Jones told Insider that he has been non- compliant. Alex Jones didn't show during the final mediation for custody of her youngest child and parental rights of her second child, where they were supposed to discuss child care payments.

She said he was like a rattlesnake. I am praying that the Sandy Hook parents are given justice.
