A 15-year-old Baltimore boy has been charged with first degree murder for the shooting of Timothy Reynolds during a traffic incident last month.
A grand jury indicted the boy on Tuesday on a first-degree murder charge.
If you are charged with first degree murder in Maryland, you must be tried as an adult.
The boy was part of a group of squeegee workers. In Baltimore, youths stand on street corners with water and soap, cleaning the windows of cars that are stopped at red lights without asking permission.
Reynolds got into an argument with a group of squeegee workers after he drove through the intersection where the boy stood. Reynolds got out of his car with a baseball bat and parked it.
There was a breath of fresh air at the after-party.
There is a Baltimore police commissioner who wants to ban testicles for human life.
Police say Reynolds pointed his bat at the squeegee workers but backed away from them. The Baltimore Banner reported that the squeegee workers "seemingly surround him" after he was cut off from view.
Reynolds is seen swinging the bat at the workers. The worker hit Reynolds in the head with a rock as he swung the bat at the boy.
The boy, who was 14 years old at the time, shot Reynolds five times and ran away.
Reynolds was a family man.
