Cardinals' Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown Arrested, Charged with Criminal Speeding

Brown was charged with criminal speeding on Wednesday.

Bart Graves, a spokesman for the Arizona Department of Public Safety, said that Brown was arrested when he was driving in an HOV lane.

According to John Gambadoro, Brown was going 126 mph.

"We are aware of the situation and have reported it to the NFL office as required," the Cards said. We will discuss it further.

Brown was on the non- football injury list as he recovered from a problem with his left leg.

Brown left the field with a trainer as the team took the field for stretching before practice began.

The head coach told reporters that he was easing him back in.

He wanted Brown to be able to participate in individual drills by the end of the week and be a full participant in practice next week.

Brown was acquired by Arizona from the Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore got the 23rd pick.

Brown and Kyler Murray were teammates at the University of Oklahoma for two seasons. Brown was named to the All-American first team for the second year in a row.

Brown is expected to be the team's top receiver. The National Football League has a performance- enhancing drug policy.

Brown had a career-high in receiving yards and catches for the Ravens.
