The departure of Jon Hardcastle has led to the creation of a new sales team.
The head of sales will leave in October.
Instead of two separate teams serving the trade, a joint on-the-road sales team will be created.
The former head of sales for If Only, Charlotte Brailsford, and the former head of sales for If Only, Gemma Pinder-Davidson, will take on new roles.
Brailsford will become head of sales south, while Pinder- Davidson will become head of sales north. The shake-up will allow the group to improve its trade support.
In a statement announcing Hardcastle's departure, sales director Tracy Docherty said: "We have gone through a period of unprecedented retailer growth, followed by an extremely challenging couple of years faced by the industry."
Jon leaves the business with our best wishes for the future and we wish him good fortune in his next job.
Two new sales development executive roles are going to be created within the trade sales team, as well as the new heads of sales roles.
One will support agents in the north west and the other in the south east. The team will be increased to five across the two resorts.
Docherty said that by creating these changes, they will enhance their commitment and support to agents booking with Elegant Resorts.
She said: "These appointments will improve our ability to provide a greater national reach to new and existing partners, whilst allowing us to take advantage of the tremendous opportunity for retailers and homeworkers to grow their luxury long-haul sales with both brands."
Two new jobs will be advertised. If only is located in Glasgow and elegant resorts is in Chester. She said she was confident and excited about the future of the company.
