  • Alex Jones was berated by the trial judge for his lawsuit.

  • The judge told Jones to spit out his chewing gum.

  • Jones was told to "sit down" by the judge after he tried to lean in.

Alex Jones was berated by the trial judge for his defamation case.

At one point during the trial, the judge told the host to spit out his chewing gum.

Jones said it wasn't gum.

The judge wanted to know what it was. You can't bring food or gum to the courtroom.

He tried to say that he had a tooth pulled.

The judge wanted to know if you were chewing on your gauze.

I would like to show you something. Jones said something back.

Gamble asked if he could answer his question.

Jone leaned forward in an attempt to prove that he was massaging the hole where his tongue used to be.

Gamble said he didn't want to see the inside of Jones' mouth.

During his testimony on Tuesday, Gamble slammed Jones for treating the courtroom like his show.

Gamble told Jones to tell the truth. You have already violated that oath two times today. Those two examples are the only ones. It doesn't make sense to tell the truth while you are testifying. I'm here yet.

Jones accused the judge of "judicial fraud" before she showed up for court.

Jones is being sued for defamation He is being sued by the parents of Sandy Hook massacre victims who claim that they have been tormenting over Jones' claims that the shooting was a hoax.

In July, the parent company of Jones filed for Chapter 11.

In April, InfoWars and two other companies filed for protection from their debts. "Do or die time" is what Jones called it when he hawked merchandise to his supporters.

Jones's lawyer did not reply immediately.
