The Boeing C-40 aircraft flew across South East Asia after leaving Kuala Lumpur, avoiding the South China Sea.
Songshan Airport in Taipei was added to the flight's tracker after initially not showing a destination.
More than 620,000 people followed the flight path of the aircraft with the call sign SPAR19, which was broadcasted live on Flight Radar.
Flight Radar 24 set up an online waiting room for new users because of the high interest in the tracker.
According to Taiwan's United Daily News, Pelosi is expected to visit Taiwan on Wednesday.
Taiwan's Central News Agency reported that the Taiwanese Army raised its combat readiness Tuesday in anticipation of potential Chinese retaliation. There are reports that Chinese fighter jets crossed the Taiwan Straight and that China will conduct live fire drills around the island.
