Eric Greitens, who is running for Senate in Missouri, is claiming credit for Donald Trump's endorsement in the race.

I am proud to announce that ERIC has my Complete and Total Endorsement, because I trust the Great People of Missouri to make up their own minds, as they did when they gave me landslide victories in the 2016 and 2020 elections. In the statement, Trump made a statement.

After facing felony charges for threatening to release nude photos he took of his mistress if she revealed their relationship, Eric Greitens promptly took credit for the endorsement. The candidate employs Trump's daughter-in-law as the national co-chair of his campaign after the former president called Greitens "smart" and "tough."

Shortly after Trump's announcement, Greitens posted on his account that he was honored to get the president's endorsement. I've been fighting against the RINO establishment since day one. When he described the campaign as dishonest, President Trump said it best.

Greitens' opponent, Eric Schmitt, thanked the former president for his endorsement, even though Trump had previously criticized the polls.

Eric Schmitt said he was grateful for President Trump's endorsement after Greitens accepted the same endorsement. "As the only America First candidate who has actually fought for election integrity, border security, and against the Left's indoctrination of our kids, I will take that fight to the Senate to save America!"

The polls show Greitens lagging behind the Attorney General by 17 points, following a series of negative ads that focused on his history of domestic violence allegations and criminal charges related to blackmailing his mistress.
