It is at this time of year when Spirit Halloween stores start popping up in formerly empty retail spaces, and the one-stop shop for all things spooky has another way to announce its arrival this year. The first trailer has arrived.
For a haunting to happen, you have to have at least one dead person, and the ghost of Christopher Lloyd could do a lot worse than that. It looks like it's a standard horror comedy with a group of teens stuck in a haunted store for the night. You can check it out.
Three middle school friends make a dare to spend the night locked inside the store Halloween night when it opens in a deserted strip mall. They discover that the store is haunted by an angry evil spirit who has possessed the characters. In order to survive the night and avoid being possessed, the kids will need to embark on a terrifying and spooky adventure.
The most obvious plot of this feature-length advertisement could have gone with, and yet it looks more amusing than you would think. The cast includes Lloyd, a ‘90s icon, and TV legend, as well as Donovan Colvan and Jaiden J. Smith.
You better have your Halloween shopping done by October 11, when the movie is available on video on demand.
