Competing in the final match of his illustrious career, "Nature Boy" was joined by his son-in-law, All Elite Wrestling star, and defeated Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal on Sunday in Nashville, Tennessee.

The match started with Lethal getting avoided by Jarrett. The legend entertained the crowd with some of his moves.

As the match wore on, he was busted open but still fighting. He was put in his own Figure- Four Leglock submission by Jarrett.

In the closing sequence, Lethal was accidentally hit with a guitar by Jarrett before he was locked in the Figure- Four to get the pin. There was confetti falling from the rafters in celebration of the win. His family and wrestling legends were present.

After the match, he spoke to the crowd and thanked his family, friends and fans one last time.

It wasn't until recently that his partner and opponents were revealed that the 73-year-old Flair began preparing for his final match.

After training with Lethal, he was attacked by Lethal and Jarrett in a parking lot, leaving him in a pool of blood.

The stage for the match was set when he chose his partner to be his daughter's husband.

The match was moved to a bigger venue because of high ticket demand because it was supposed to take place at the Nashville Fairgrounds.

The wrestler became a free agent after requesting his release from the company. He noted that he had no ill will towards the company after he was released.

After his contract with TNA expired, the wrestler made a lot of appearances on the wrestling show.

Early last year, he got involved in a storyline with Charlotte and Lacey Evans. He turned on his daughter and aligned himself with Lacey because he was told that he was romantically involved with Evans.

Evans said she was pregnant in February 2021. Shortly afterwards, he was taken off the air.

At Triplemania, after being released by WWE, Flair appeared in the corner of his son-in-law, who was going to wrestle Kenny Omega.

Konnan was put in the Figure- Four Leglock after being chopped by Flair.

While he has acted in a managerial or special appearance role over the last few years, he is best known for being one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.

While getting physical at his age may not have been the best idea, he has discussed his desire to get back in the ring.

Five years ago, he almost died from an obstruction in his colon, but he did it on Sunday.

With his love for wrestling and being in the spotlight, it wouldn't be surprising to see him take on a role with WWE or AEW if either wants to sign him.
