An exiled Russian billionaire believes that Putin wants to destroy the country after annexing Ukraine.

A former oil tycoon who was forced to flee Russia two decades ago said this week that he thought Putin would do something.

According to an interview published by The Times of Israel on Saturday, Nevzlin said that everything has changed and that Putin was likely first looking to annex Ukraine.
