Report: Deshaun Watson Suspension Decision Expected to Be Made by Arbiter on Monday

There will soon be a decision on whether or not to suspend Deshaun.

Sue L. Robinson is expected to inform both the players' association and the league of her decision regarding the Cleveland quarterback on Monday. The ruling is expected to be issued at 9 a.m. There is an hour and a half later.

Robinson has not said how she will rule on the case.

According to Jeff Howe of The Athletic, there is a feeling in the building that it could be a suspension of 8 games.

After Robinson's ruling, the league and the players' association can appeal to the Commissioner of the National Football League.

Twenty of the 24 civil lawsuits he was facing were settled. The quarterback's former team was said to have enabled his behavior with nondisclosure agreements and by providing venues for appointments.

The product was not indicted on criminal charges in the past.

The Wall Street Journal's Andrew Beaton reported in June that the league was aiming for a one-year suspension.

After he was traded from the Texans, Cleveland rewarded him with a fully guaranteed, $230 million contract extension.

The team has a starting quarterback in Jacoby Brissett, who will probably be the starter during any suspension.
