Hyatt Privé is a program that gives guests perks at certain hotels.
How to get the benefits:
You have to book with a travel agent. When booking with a travel agent, they can give you great recommendations when they get to know you, and they are also a great point of contact. All of the travel agents I contacted took about 3 days to respond. I can't recommend anyone because of that. I have found the site Classic travel.com to be very helpful. The website is easy to use and their rates are similar. It works this way.
The hotel name should be entered first. In this example, I used the Andaz Capital Gate.
How many people are staying and how many rooms are entered.
Pick the type of room after that. If you don't choose the room type that says "hyatt privé rate" you won't get any benefits.
Personal information and billing information should be entered.

This is treated as a direct booking, like an FHR booking, so it is possible to earn elite benefits and get elite night credits.

Does Hyatt Privé cost extra?
Hyatt Privé does not charge extra for booking. The cost is the same, and most travel agents don't charge more for this rate.
Do elite benefits still apply?
The FHR and Globalist benefits are a good thing. You can get a better upgrade if you are a globalist. If you were booked into a base king room, Hyatt Privé will upgrade you to a deluxe room at the same time you are upgraded. If you didn't book through Hyatt Privé, you could get upgraded to a room that is one category higher than you would normally be.
You can eat at the restaurant at the Hyatt Privé if you stay at a hotel with a club lounge as a globalist. It's a great perk that the restaurant is likely to have a better breakfast.
What’s the point of elite status?
If you don't stay at a Hyatt hotel enough to get Globalist status, you can't go out of your way to get it. Since Hyatt Privé doesn't need to be a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House hotel, there's not much reason to go for elite status. It is not worth going out of your way to get an upgrade at Hyatt Place or Hyatt House.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stay requirements are not required for Park Hyatt, Miraval, and Andaz stays. There is a minimum stay requirement for all other brands.
Do all hotels participate?
None of the other branded hotels participate. Below is a list of participating hotels.
Can you apply Globalist Suite Upgrades on Hyatt Privé Stays?
You can. You can apply for a GSU at the Andaz Capital Gate if you want a 1 King Bed room. With the Prive rate you could be upgraded to an Executive Suite. That is very good.

Hyatt Privé Guide: What Are Some Of The Cheapest Hotel Options?
I entered Hyatt in order to find some of the cheapest hotels. I made a dummy booking for a one-night stay at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, but I didn't find anything.
It lists the hotels from low to high pricing, which isn't all that strange. It does it by the number and doesn't take into account the different values of different currencies. It has the Alila Jabal Akhdar in the sultanate of sultanate of sultanate of sultanate of sultanate, which is equivalent to $390USD. There is a built-in currency conversion that will show the value of that particular currency.
Cheapest Hotel Internationally
The cheapest hotel I could find was the Alila Solo. For $58 a night at a hotel located in the center of the city, you can get a free breakfast, priority early check-in and late checkout, and a one category upgrade. That is pretty great.
The Andaz is the most profitable hotel in India. You can get free breakfast, early check-in, and late checkout if you pay $126 per night. Breakfast is included and there is a property credit. Since Hong Kong is closed, there is no real way to stay at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong.
Cheapest Hotel Option Domestically
The cheapest hotel in the US is located in the historic district of the city. Free breakfast, a $100 property credit, early check-in, and late checkout are included in this hotel's package. It isn't as good of a deal as some hotels in Asia, but if you're planning to stay there anyways, it's worth looking into
What Is Hyatt Privé – Final Thoughts
Hyatt Privé is a great program. You don't have to stay 60 nights in order to get these benefits, and it may even mean better treatment by the hotel when you book through this program. Booking through classictravel.com is easy, so I recommend it. Points cannot be used for the stay. If you don't have Hyatt status, this is a great way to upgrade your trip for the same price.
