Navy Day is a holiday in Russia and is celebrated across the country. The president of Russia is in his home city.

He signed a new naval doctrine that named the US as Moscow's main rival and set out the Kremlin's global maritime ambitions.

The flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, Moskva, sank in April after being hit by two missiles.

Russia said the missile cruiser sank in a storm because of a fire caused by exploding ammunition, but didn't mention a Ukrainian attack.

The exact number of Russian sailors killed or injured in the ship's demise is not known.

The mayor of Kharkiv said that the city was hit by Russian missiles again. The main building of the school was destroyed.

In a late-night address on Saturday, Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, told all civilians still living in the eastern part of the country to leave.

The area has seen a lot of fighting between Russian forces and the locals.

The Russian army will have less time to kill if more people leave the area. All available opportunities will be used to save lives.
