society can feel like a nightmare due to the climate crisis and the war on reproductive rights. People wouldn't blame you for overlooking your best judgement. Falling asleep with the TV on is not something we like to do. The light is blue.

I can't be the only one who listens to the Derry Girls. If you really need to sleep, this show shouldn't be your first choice. If you think you can do with a few laughs, look no further than this group. They're the top of their game.

9. Queer Eye

If you want to get the most out of Queer Eye, you need to keep an eye on it. If you're watching the show the same way as us, you should be able to doze off. "The Fab 5" will show the lucky participants master self-love through grooming, cooking, fashion, interior design, and whatever Karamo Brown has been up to recently. It's really nice.

8. Life in Color with David Attenborough

There are few voices more soothing than David Attenborough's, and there are few images more soothing than nature. You get both in Life in Color. The three-part docuseries features truly glorious footage and beautiful colors, and is narrated by Sir David Attenborough.

7. Babies

The joy of little children is infectious. Documentarians look at how tiny humans learn, grow, and explore our world in the film Babies. You will love this show if you like cute babies. If you don't put your TV on a timer, you might not be able to sleep through the night. It was with the crying and all.

6. Hilda

If you've made your way through this charming animated show, you'll want to come back again and again for warm fuzzy comfort. elves, troll, rat kings, and more are just some of the folklore creatures that reside in the neighborhood of Hilda. When you want to be lulled off to dreams of gentle adventure, or when you want to be sleepy, Hilda is an excellent watch.

5. Night on Earth

It pairs well with a nap. Night on Earth, narrated by Orange Is the New Black's Samira Wiley, documents what other species are up to while we're all asleep. Keep this one on low so you don't get surprised by a roar or growl.

4. The Mind, Explained

It's a good idea to watch all of the docuseries. The episodes are evenly paced, engaging and easy to watch if you want to catch it later on. In the order of this reporter's personal experience, the series from most to least easy to fall asleep to are The Mind, Sex, and the main series. The coronaviruses open in a new tab I don't think that's a good idea. It's not for sleeping.

3. Grace & Frankie

Allow the two fierce, fearless, fabulous females to guide you to sleep. Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin are joined by Martin Sheen, Sam Waterston, June Diane Raphael, Ethan Embry, Baron Vaughn, and Brooklyn Decker in the warm, most loving sitcom available on the internet.
