The governor of Florida filed a complaint against the restaurant after children were seen at the event.
The video was posted by a right-wing account.
According to the complaint obtained by the news organization, R House was accused of violating state law and of being a public nuisance due to a 1947 state Supreme Court ruling.
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation conducted an investigation at the restaurant and found that there were kids on the menu.
Republican lawmakers want to introduce anti-gay legislation across the country, and drag shows are one of them. "Any adult who brings a child to these perverted sex shows and terminates the parental rights of the child would be making it a felony," he said on his verified account.
If the complaint succeeds, R House's liquor license could be revoked.
The restaurant told The Miami Herald that it was trying to resolve the situation.
R House and DeSantis did not reply to Insider's questions.
