If you pride yourself on being able to do it all, it can be hard to work through the physical limitations that come with being pregnant. There are five ways to pace yourself while pregnant. It is okay to slow down if you are honest with yourself about how much you can do. If you want to get rid of some of your tasks, look for compromises that allow you to do other things. Drop unnecessary meetings and audit your calendar frequently. If you aren't able to achieve your work goals, give yourself a pat on the back. Be prepared to stop saying it more often.
