We have a schedule for the Delaware Court of Chancery trial over the lawsuit that was filed against Musk. The Musk team proposed an October 17th start date in order to allow for the trial to be completed in five days. The trial is scheduled to take place from October 17th to October 21st.

There is now one element everyone can agree on, and reporters can begin scheduling their fall vacations in Delaware. It would be easy to agree on what access to firehose data means.

The company blamed Musk for creating uncertainty that contributed to the lower Q2 earnings results than last year.
