The new third kit for the 2022-23 campaign will be pink for the first time in the club's history. In the past, pink has been used for both goalkeeper strips and as decorative trim, but this is the first time that it has been used for an outfield jersey. There is a subtle "ermine" pattern embedded in the shade of pink that is an echo of the shield of the club crest. Ermine is a heraldic image used in coats of arms and is said to represent the fur of a stoat. The ermine pattern was revealed as part of the first matchday programme of the 1949-50 season, along with the cannon and Latin motto. The club's new crest was presented in 2002 and is still on their shirts today. The third kit includes a pink shirt, navy shorts, and pink socks. The launch of the third strip is part of the celebrations for the local community. The pink and navy ensemble is a visual salute to the support base they have in north west London and in particular the more creative members of the district.
The passions of their supporters are celebrated from musicians to DJs and skaters.
The 2022-23 home kit was launched as part of a project that saw £5 from every club shop sale donated to the foundation.
The away kit, which was launched while the team were on tour in the U.S., featured a film about a fan who founded a group to fight for the rights of black people.
