The Sims 4's new features seem to have an issue with the bug. In The Sims 2, Wants and Fears gives Sims a number of goals and pitfalls they wish to overcome. Some of the new goals of the sims include romancing their parents.

Incest has been seen in The Sims 4 before. In the past, the game has allowed romantic relationships between family members once removed and beyond.
The developers are aware of the new issue and are trying to separate the kissing siblings as soon as possible. Sims abandoning all rules of engagement in their search for some action is a lawless land of inappropriate lust.
Quality designer SimGuruNick said he wanted to acknowledge that the want to date a family member is something they know about. Thanks for all the bug reports, we are looking to fix it asap.
The development team is working on fixing an aging bug that was introduced in the same update, which makes Sims grow old and die before their time. It's an apt metaphor for the current state of the world.

Body hair, sexual orientations, and curved walls were added to The Sims 4's Base Game Update. The eagerly anticipated High School Years Expansion Pack was released on Thursday.
