I don't think there is much complexity in the studies that Viki Male cites in her article about vaccinations affecting menstruation. Our study was done on July 27th. I had two doses of the vaccine. My period stopped after each one.
Unfortunately, I have adenomyosis, a condition that makes it hard for me to miss menstruation. My abdomen grew from a 36in waist to a 52in one in a year, and I was in constant pain. After four normal periods, this has begun to abate.
I wasn't able to get help from my GP because they told me that the vaccine didn't cause menstrual problems and I was in perimenopause.
I had to start a new career after losing my job due to low attendance. I had a hot water bottle and pain killers to sleep with, but I couldn't walk far or bend down, leading to other pains and fatigue. I'm only now able to do weights and walk long distances.
Some friends in their 40s who had the AstraZeneca vaccine have had the same problems as others who didn't. We need more investigations before we can write off our experiences. Pain and fatigue are being blamed on the person. Rebecca May is from the area.
My menopause was affected by the Covid vaccine. I had a regular period even though I was perimenopausal. I had my third vaccine dose on December 30th, 2021. Night sweats and daytime sweats are what I now experience. I celebrated my 55th birthday in June.
When my friend received her third vaccine dose, her period came back within two weeks. The effects of Covid vaccinations on women should be explored further. She is from Canada.
