The one-of-one card had an NBA logo cut from three different James jerseys and was being sought by collectors.
The exclusive card had bounties for cardbreakers who found it in a box opening. Drake offered $200,000 to find the card.
The person who found the card was offered a car by What Not.
The cases that could theoretically hold the card were of great value.
According to collector Matt Allen, cases used to be about $20,000 each. It blew up when he arrived. Flawless cases went over $40,000 each.
The card was found and sold for over two million dollars.
