After 15 years of work, a full length trailer is finally going to be released for the film The ADVENTURES OF PIANO. The Jim Henson Company was involved in the production of the movie.
The trailer begins with a voice-over from Cricket as he retells the tale of the grief-ridden Geppetto. Cricket says in the film that you may think you know this story, but you don't.
I'm interested in the final cut of this trailer. One of the designs shown is an angel-figure with eyes on their wings that makes me want to look at my own eyes. If you don't like children's movies, this looks like a good one to watch.
Gregory Mann is a newcomer. The film will also feature David Bradley as Gepetto, David Bradley as Cricket, and David Bradley as the Fox and the Cat, as well as many others.
The new Disney live-action film that is going to premiere in theaters this September will be measured against the adaption. Both of the versions are going to be musicals.
The ADVENTURES OF PIANO will be available on the internet in December of 2022.
