The noise suppression feature was accidentally leaked last week, and now it is included in the Adrenalin software. The latest Adrenalin Edition 22.7.1 update will use a real-time deep learning method to reduce background audio noise.

If you're on a call, the noise from your own microphone or someone else's device can be removed with the help of the noise suppression feature. You don't have to download a separate app to use the noise suppression feature in Adrenalin.

The feature can be enabled in the audio and video section of the Adrenalin software if you have a Ryzen 5000 series or newer processor and/or graphics card.

Since then, we have seen Discord, Microsoft Teams, and the like add background noise suppression. It's great to have support from many different apps, but the implementations vary, and the beauty of the virtual microphone is that you can use it across any app.

Background noise suppression is one of the things included in the latest drivers from the chipmaker. A performance increase of up to 85 percent is expected from the new driver. Elden Ring, Valorant, and Resident Evil Village have been added to the list with the addition of a boost with variable rate shading. Different shading rates will be used to improve image quality.

Borderless fullscreen support has been added to the support for the Radeon Super Resolution feature. The driver-based solution will upscale and improve the performance of any game where FidelityFX Super Resolution isn't integrated.
