There are five. Click the Use phone/email/username option to log in to your account. You can recover your password if you forget it. This option should be selected.

6. After logging in with your info, you'll be taken to a screen telling you that your account is under deactivation. To confirm that you wish to recover your account, click Reactivate.

After your account is recovered, you can use it as usual.

If more than 30 days have passed, your account will be permanently deleted and you won't be able to use the same account you used before.

How to recover a TikTok account with only a username

Sometimes it is possible to get your TikTok account back with a usernames.

Wait for TikTok to respond with further instructions if you want to do this.

If you lost your phone number and email, you should include it in your message.

You will have to make a new account with a different name if you can't recover your account.
