The company said its electric car service is coming to more US cities. In addition to Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Denver, Austin, Philadelphia, and Baltimore, you can now use the more expensive version of the ride-sharing service.

In May, Comfort Electric was launched in several cities. Premium electric vehicles, like the Ford Mach-E and Polestar, are not eligible for Comfort Electric trips. It will be next to the company's other EV product, which gives drivers an extra fee to use electric vehicles.

Extra legroom, quiet cars, and other amenities are included in the price of the Comfort Electric service. The cost of the ride is 20 to 40 percent more than a typical ride with the ride sharing company.

Only premium EVs, like Tesla, Polestar, and Ford Mustang Mach-E, would be considered eligible for Comfort Electric trips

Many of the new EV's coming on to the market in recent years have been in the premium or luxury categories. More of the company's drivers are being persuaded to switch to electric vehicles. Thousands of drivers have signed on to rent cars through the partnership between the two companies.

The experience of riding in an EV is a bit different than riding in a traditional car. Some electric vehicles have door handles that are flush with the body of the vehicle, which could make it difficult for a new rider to get into the vehicle.

The door handles on the cars are confusing, according to some drivers. Push notifications will be sent to customers telling them where to push.
