The opening ceremony will take place on Thursday and will be broadcasted on the British Broadcasting Corp.
More than 5,000 athletes from 72 nations and territories are expected to compete in the event.
Campbell won a bronze medal at the Gold Coast in Australia, while Laugher won two golds and a silver medal at Glasgow and three gold medals in Australia.
