The company is in love with the color purple, so they created a purple version of their flagship phone.
The regular Galaxy S22 is the same as the new Bora purple one. Did you see that purple color?
The Galaxy S8 was available in Orchid Gray, while the S9 and Z Flip were available in lavender. The GALAXY S22 is available in violet, which is close to purple. We have the purplest color of them all.

According to the press release, the new color stands for embracing individuality, pushing boundaries and relentlessly innovating under the philosophy of openness. The Korean word for purple is Borra. The new color is called purple purple.
The new version of the S22 will be available for $799.99 on August 10th.
The regular version of the S22 will be the only one to get the new color. If you're a fan of the new color, other new devices will get it later this year.
