Donald Trump slammed "Fox & Friends" on Monday after one of its hosts questioned his poll numbers.

"Fox and Friends just bungled my poll numbers, no doubt on purpose," Trump wrote.

The former president said that the show has been bad.

He accused the show of being quick to mention a poll taken at Turning Point USA.

Trump was the winner of the Republican presidential primary, according to the respondents.

"They quote the big Turning Point Poll victory of almost 60 points over the number two Republican, and then hammer me with outliers," Trump said. Most polls show me leading all Republicans by a lot.

A portion of the show in which two hosts weighed in on what the Turning Point USA poll meant in comparison to other polls has been referenced by Trump.

"That is a little different than a couple of other polls we've seen over the last couple of weeks," Steve said.

There are two polls that show Ron DeSantis ahead of Trump.

"So it's like the young people who are activists at that event, but looking at these other polls, different answer."

If the numbers were looked at "state by state," host Brian Kilmeade said that there was tremendous strength in New Hampshire, Michigan, and Florida.

In his Truth Social post on Monday, Trump said that Paul Ryan was one of the weakest and worst speakers ever. Ryan is a director of Fox Corp.

Murdoch's empire has been rumored to be turning on the former president. The New York Post called Trump "unworthy to be this country's chief executive again" on Sunday.

The Wall Street Journal praised former Vice President Mike Pence.

The way the former president views "Fox & Friends" has changed as a result of Trump's comments. During his time in office, Trump fell back on the show to do weekly calls.

In September 2020, Trump said he would call into the show frequently in the last weeks of the campaign.

"Fox is not committed to that, but you may want to do it every week, but it's not Fox's place to do that," he told Trump. It will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Representatives for Fox News and Paul Ryan didn't reply to a request from Insider.
