The Apple Store Time Machine is an interactive Mac app that will allow you to travel back in time and revisit four Apple Stores that opened on their grand opening day.

The Apple Store Time Machine is a celebration of the places and products that have shaped our lives for more than twenty years. The interactive experience recreates unforgettable moments in Apple history.

The app is available for free to download on the internet. Donations can be made on the project's website. The brother of Michael created music andUI sounds.

The four Apple Store locations that the app allows you to visit are in Virginia, California, and New York. There are easter eggs in all four stores, including the original Genius Bar, GarageBand and Photo Booth, and more.

The app is similar to a video game or a simulation, with keyboard controls for moving around stores, but Steeber prefers to describe it as an experience. It's clear that Steeber put a lot of effort into this project, with every detail accounted for, down to the last ipod and box of software.
