Rival Coach: It'd Be a Christmas Gift If 49ers Trade Jimmy G and Start Trey Lance

The San Francisco 49ers have a starting quarterback that some people don't like.

If San Francisco trades Jimmy Garoppolo for Lance, it will be an "early Christmas present" for the coach of the team that plays the 49ers this season.

It would be like my early Christmas present if they just got rid of Jimmy, so that he wouldn't play for them, and that would be great.

The coach's wish will be granted by the 49ers. The team has been looking for a trade partner for Garoppolo and recently gave the veteran quarterback's agent permission to negotiate.
