Elon Musk reportedly had an affair with Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s wife

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, an old friendship between Musk and Brin was broken after Musk had an affair with his spouse. The couple filed for divorce earlier this year due to irreconcilable differences according to sources.

Following Musk's split from his girlfriend, he allegedly had an affair with another woman at the high-profile Art Basel event in Miami. Brin and Shanahan were living together despite being separated, according to sources. The couple's relationship was strained because of issues related to the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Even though he is the world's richest man, Musk's personal life isn't far away from his business. Insider reported earlier this month that Musk had twins with a top executive at his company Neuralink. Musk has nine known children, six of which were born before a surrogate gave birth to his second child.

The company paid a flight attendant $250,000 to keep quiet about an incident with Musk. The victim claims Musk propositioned her for sex after asking for a massage.

Brin's behavior was called a sexual harassment claim by the human resources manager. Brin had a relationship with a woman while he was still married to Anne and she was dating another person. Brin secretly got married to another person after the divorce of her two previous partners. As part of Brin's divorce process, he wants an over $1 billion slice of his fortune.

Brin and Musk were friends. Musk made Brin one of the first customers to own the Model X after Brin offered $500,000 in funding for the car. According to the WSJ, Musk went so far as to propose to Brin at a party earlier this year. According to the report, Brin has told advisers to sell his personal investments in Musk.
