The Democratic Governor's Association spent over one million dollars on TV ads in favor of Cox. Cox defeated a Hogan-backed moderate GOP candidate in the Maryland primary.
Hogan said that the Democratic Governor's Association spent over three million dollars trying to promote this guy. Trump and the national Democrats colluded to get him elected.
Hogan said he doesn't think Cox will get the Republican support he needs to win the election.
Cox will face Moore in the general election. Hogan was asked if he would vote for Moore.
"You know, I'm going to have to make a decision about that between now and November, but I'm definitely not going to support this guy," Hogan said. He isn't qualified to be governor.
