In the last decade, he has moved from one part of the entertainment industry to another. He co-authored the BOOM graphic novel BRZRKR with Matt Kind, he had a good streak of action and comedy films, and he could hack it in games. Thanks to BRZRKR, Reeves is going into the world of animation.

On Friday during the San Diego Comic-Con panel for the graphic novel featuring Reeves, Kindt, and Vitti, BOOM's president of development revealed that the graphic novel was receiving a two-season anime spinoff on the streaming service. Production IG has worked on previous works such as Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. There was no other information given beyond the voice of the main character.

BRZRKR tells the story of B, a man who has spent over 80,000 years becoming the perfect killer and is now trying to find a way to stop his immortality. The first issue of BRZRKR was reviewed by the AV Club in 2020 and they said it was a hyerviolent treat and a product that fully channels the strengths of an action star.

Fans of BRZRKR can look forward to a novel set in the same universe, as well as a live-action film in the near future, whenever Reeves finds time to stop being the other unkillable warrior. At the same panel, he broke the news about the novel, but he couldn't say who he was working with. He met the author who was a fan of the graphic novel while he was in Berlin. They were open and curious and they enjoyed it. This will be a work of art.

The third and final story of BRZRKR will be released in September.
