There is a movement to boycott Walgreens after customers said they were denied birth control and contraceptives.

A cashier in Wisconsin refused to sell condoms to Jessica Pentz due to her religious beliefs.

According to Nathan Pentz, the cashier at the store refused to sell condoms because of his religious beliefs, then humiliated Jess in front of other customers for her reproductive choice.

Jessica said that she was the only woman in the store. It was a lonely time.

Walgreens said that they were following the company's policy.

Walgreens policies are designed to ensure we meet the needs of our patients and customers while respecting the religious and moral beliefs of our team members. When a team member has a moral or religious conviction about completing a transaction, they are required to refer the customer to another employee or manager who will complete the transaction.

Some people have been denied contraception by a Walgreens employee.

According to a video she posted on Tiktok, a pharmacy denied her refill because she wore crosses around her neck. She stated in the video that she has been using birth control for six years.

A Walgreens representative told Martin that she wasn't the only woman denied birth control.

Martin said on her TikTok that she had been having a problem with someone for the last two weeks. For the last two weeks, they've been having a problem with women not being able to get their contraceptives.

According to Walgreens, the pharmacy can't fill out prescriptions that conflict with their morals.

The call to boycott Walgreens was made by the media outlet.
