Kirby Smart, Georgia Agree to New 10-Year Contract Worth $112.5M

Kirby Smart was rewarded with a contract extension after leading Georgia to a national title.

Smart was given a 10-year extension by the school. It runs through the 2031 season and includes total salary compensation worth $10.25 million in 2022, with annual increases that end in a $12.50 million salary in the final year.

The total value of the extension is more than 100 million dollars.

USC head coach Lincoln Riley had the highest average annual salary of any college coach before Smart's new deal.
