I was hired at a golf course. It takes me four to six hours to work a shift. I stock the cart with everything I need when I get to work. I serve drinks at the golf course. "What can I get you to drink?" is the best way to ask a customer. Instead of saying "Are you all set?", I do that. If you leave it at that, people will say, "Yes, we're good"
I sell more when I test that. It is a fairly basic job. You don't need to do anything else.
Patrons can be a little bit weird at times. The series is called "Ridiculous But True Stories of a Golf Cart Girl." It's possible to ask for a beer called a "Sip of sunshine" and then tell me I'm the sip of sunshine. That's not really harmful.
