The Dallas Cowboys will wear white helmets against the New York Giants.

Charlotte Jones said they were excited to bring back their white helmets. The tradition of wearing helmets and uniforms on Thanksgiving Day has been a fan favorite for a long time, and we're excited to bring it back once again.

The rule limiting teams to only one helmet design was lifted last summer. With the start of the 2022, teams can wear alternate helmets again.

The Cowboys had a chance for a return of the full throwbacks. Dallas will be wearing navy jerseys and white pants. The design is similar to what the franchise wore when it entered the league.

On Thanksgiving, the look became the norm.

On November 22, 2012 the Cowboys lost to Washington 38-31. Robert Griffin III had 304 yards and four touchdown, while Tony Romo had 431 yards and three touchdown.

Dallas will face another rival in the fall.
