"Stray", a new video game where the player commands a stray cat lost in a robot city, is taking social media by storm.

People are playing the game with their cats and posting videos on social media.

As of Thursday, the account had over 13 thousand followers and had posted over 300 times.

The player can make the cat meow by pressing a button. A cat is watching a screen while the in-game cat makes noise.

The butthole does this from midnight to 3 am, according to the user. It's finally time to pay him back.

The #straygame on TikTok had over 27 million views by Thursday.

"Stray" is available on multiple platforms. It was Annapurna Interactive's biggest launch game ever for PC on Steam, with over 63,000 concurrent players.
