Mark Zuckerberg will have to give a 6-hour deposition about Cambridge Analytica as part of a class-action lawsuit

The person is going to have to testify again.

A class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of California Facebook users is calling for a six-hour deposition in September, according to a court filing.

The Cambridge Analytica scandal made headlines when it was revealed that the firm had obtained the data of millions of Facebook users.

Since the beginning of the year, the company has tried to improve its reputation. The company changed its name to Meta in October of 2021.

Meta's COO is going to be called for a deposition in the lawsuit.

She is stepping down from her position at Meta. She will be replaced by another person.

Prosecutors plan to question other Facebook executives for more than seven hours.

According to the filing, Facebook will give over 1200 documents to prosecutors.

This isn't the first time that he's been summoned to testify. The founder of Facebook testified before a US Senate committee in the wake of the Cambridge Analytica scandal.

A record-breaking $5 billion fine for Facebook was imposed by the Federal Trade Commission in the wake of the Cambridge Analytica incident.
