Mad Dog: 'It's not Super Bowl or bust' for Brady and the Bucs (0:49)

It's not a Super Bowl or bust season for the Bradys. It was 0:49

According to a source, Kyle Rudolph is going to sign a one-year contract with the Buccaneers, giving Tom Brady a new tight end target.

Brady is going to have an experienced tight end with him.

Codey McElroy is the only other tight end who has actually played in a game, and he has played in just one career game. In the fourth and sixth rounds, the team selected Ko Kieft and Cade Otton.

In his only season with the Giants, he had 26 catches for 257 yards and a touchdown, but he was released in March. He averaged less than 2 yards per separation after averaging more than 4 yards in the previous two seasons.

He had been with the Minnesota Vikings for a decade. He was less productive this year than he was in the previous two years.

He has 479 catches for 4,745 yards and 49 touchdown in his career in the National Football League.

After retiring for a second time in June, he has no intentions of coming back to the league and the Bucs are looking for another tight end.
