A New York Supreme Court judge ordered Rudy Giuliani, a former personal lawyer of Donald Trump, to testify before a grand jury in Georgia.
The New York judge ruled that Giuliani must testify before the special purpose grand jury in August to investigate Trump's post election conduct.
After the grand jury subpoenaed Giuliani, he failed to appear at a hearing in New York to challenge the subpoena.
The jury subpoenaed several other people, including a conservative legal scholar, a Trump-aligned lawyer, and a senator from South Carolina.
The Georgia grand jury is investigating Trump.
