Pete is holding a party. The upcoming 10T will be launched in New York City on August 3rd, according to the CEO of the company. In theory, the 10T is a cut above the regular version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in the OnePlus 10 Pro. The 10 Pro and 10T will get OxygenOS 13 later this year.

The non-plus version of the 8 Gen 1 is not as efficient as the Plus version. It is a pull-out-all-the-stops kind of processor and is intended for mobile devices geared towards gaming. It suggests that the 10T will be more performance oriented than the mainstream 10 Pro, which is a likable phone that comes up a little short against the likes of theGalaxy S22

That’s... three or four cameras?

The company is playing a long game and not revealing much. A little sleuthing doesn't reveal much in the shadowy parts of the single image of the device. It looks like it has a camera array similar to the one in the OnePlus 10 Pro.

There is at least one flash on the 10 Pro that looks like it has a fourth rear camera. One category where the 10 Pro comes up short and the 10T could improve on is the camera.

It has been rumored that the company might have a very fast 150W charging option and that the physical alert button might be removed. Pete, say it ain't so. The launch event will take place on the 3rd of August at 10 AM.
