The man charged with shooting Lady Gaga's dog walker and stealing two of her French bulldogs is still on the run.
James Howard Jackson should be considered a danger. A $5,000 reward will be given for information that leads to the arrest.
Ryan Fisher, Gaga's dog walker, was shot and killed in West Hollywood in February of last year. The men fled with two of Gaga's dogs. A collapsed lung was the result of the shooting.
Two days after being kidnapped, the dogs were dropped off at a police station.
Four people were arrested in April of last year for their involvement in the incident.
Jackson was accidentally released from custody by the LA Sheriff's Department. The release was due to a clerical error after Jackson attended court proceedings at the Clara Shortridge Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles.
Jackson had been accused of trying to kill someone.
Fisher shared that he was "deeply concerned" but he was confident that law enforcement would correct the mistake.
"I want Mr. Jackson to turn himself over to the authorities so that the courts can make a decision on the guilt or innocence of me," he wrote.
